Dream with Rio ("we," "our," or "us") provides a storytelling experience designed for parents and families to create personalized bedtime stories for children.

Our mission is to foster imagination, literacy, and emotional connection through safe, creative, and technology-assisted storytelling.

Dream with Rio is designed for use by parents, guardians, or caregivers on behalf of children. Children are not permitted to register or use the app independently.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the legal guardian of a child using the app
• You will use the Service only for lawful and family-friendly purposes
• You understand that all generated stories are for personal, non-commercial use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or resell any part of the Service
• Interfere with the app's operation or security
• Misuse any AI-generated content in ways that may cause harm or violate the rights of others

Dream with Rio reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these conditions.

Our storytelling experience uses AI to generate creative and personalized stories based on general preferences and themes. While we aim to provide engaging and age-appropriate content:

• Some stories may vary in style, tone, or factual accuracy
• Parents are encouraged to review stories before sharing them with their children
• Dream with Rio is not responsible for how users interpret or use generated stories
• We continuously work to improve story quality and maintain a safe, positive experience for families

All intellectual property related to the Service — including the Dream with Rio brand, logo, designs, and technology — belongs to us or our licensors.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Dream with Rio offers both free and premium plans:

• The Free Plan allows a limited number of story generations per month
• The Premium Plan provides unlimited access, advanced personalization options, offline story access, and other exclusive features

By subscribing:

• You authorize our payment processor (e.g., Stripe or app store billing) to charge your selected payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period
• You can cancel anytime through your app store or account settings
• Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law

Dream with Rio is built on privacy-first principles. We do not collect, store, or sell any personal data about you or your child. We also do not serve ads, track activity, or use cookies for advertising purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain quality and reliability, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• Specific story outcomes, or
• Compatibility with every device or operating system

Dream with Rio is intended for family entertainment and educational enjoyment — it is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or instruction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Dream with Rio, its creators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• You agree to use the Service at your own discretion and responsibility
• In regions that do not allow such exclusions, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount required by local law

You may discontinue using Dream with Rio at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Engage in unlawful or harmful activity, or

Upon termination, your access to any generated content or premium features may be revoked.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users in other countries may also be protected by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
